Do you accept Credit and Debit Cards?

While we cannot accept credit cards, payments can be made through Linx Pay, prepaid credit card processing. You can also use our onsite ATM to withdraw funds for your purchase.

Our hours are Monday – Sunday 8:00am – 9:45pm

Do you have delivery?
Delivery services are coming soon! Order online and pick up in store for faster service.

I purchased a product and it’s defective/broken, what do I do?
Please contact the store you purchased the product from and ask to speak to a manager.

What if I don’t like the taste, flavor or experience of the product?
Please contact the manufacturer via website or phone. Be sure to provide them with our store information and they will let us know if they can exchange the product. If the manufacturer accepts your exchange we will contact you.

How much is Tax?
9.5% Sales Tax – State Tax
5% Additional Local Tax – Members with a Physician’s recommendation are exempt from this tax.
*MMID cardholders are exempt from the Local & Sales tax.

Order Online Pick-Up

When will my order be ready for pick up?
Pick up orders will be ready 30 minutes after placing your order.

How long will you hold my order?
Until the end of the business day. Please let us know if you will not make it.

Where do I pick up my order?
Check in with reception and let them know you ordered online and arrived to pick up.

Can someone else pick up my order?
No.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please call the store immediately.

Can I make changes to an order once I come in?
We will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but you may be asked to get in line and wait for the next available team member.

Rewards Program

Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! You can sign up online or in store with your phone number receive exclusive deals and build loyalty points towards rewards.

How do I redeem my points?
You select the reward you qualify for at our check in counter during your visit. Your dedicated team member will prepare it for you.

How many points do I get with each visit?
You receive 50 points just for signing up. You receive 20 points a visit thereafter.
